Mark DoRan, Chairman and CEO, 47. Mr. DoRan has over 20 years of successful multi-faceted sales and management experience in the retail banking industry. Mr. Doran began his payments career at The National Bank of Commerce where he completed a management trainee program encompassing all functions of a regional and full service banking institution. Then, Mr. Doran became a systems analyst for Concord EFS and was responsible for retail development and extension of Concords payment platform into retail markets. Mr. Doran became Senior Training Consultant for First National Bank of Omaha, the largest privately held financial institution in the US. Prior to that time, he was appointed National Director of Training for AdvanceMe and later assumed responsibilities as National Director of Business Development. Christopher C. Rawson, President, 45. Mr. Rawson brings 24 years of industry experience as a proven financial services executive with an extensive background within the credit card issuing; electronic funds transfer (EFT) and electronic payments industry. Mr. Rawson served as VP Affiliate Banking & Business Development for First National Bank of Omaha a top 10 Visa/MasterCard merchant acquirer and a top 15 Credit Card issuer. Prior to his work with First National bank of Omaha, Mr. Rawson served as Director of Agent Banking for Concord EFS, (purchased by First Data Resources for $6.9 billion in 2003), from the programs inception, Mr. Rawson’s responsibilities included managing a sales team consisting of 47 senior account executives serving 232 bank merchant portfolios with over 2,000 branches, 13,000 merchants covering 19 states. David J. Logsdon, Consulting Chief Financial Officer, 57. Mr. Logsdon has over 30 years of comprehensive financial and operational management experience within the manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical, service, and not-for-profit sectors. From December, 2005 until the present, Mr. Logsdon has served as Chief Financial Officer for ClickPay Solutions, Inc., a company that provides distribution and management solutions for the wireless telecommunications marketplace. Prior to that, Mr. Logsdon was Vice President for Finance and Business Affairs at Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans, LA. Mr. Logsdon was Chief Financial Officer for Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans, the health, social services, and housing branch of the Archdiocese of New Orleans. Throughout his career Mr. Logsdon has also accumulated a formidable track record in building strong corporate balance sheets, profitable investment portfolios under a variety of market conditions, and creating new business opportunities wherever he has been. Mr. Logsdon earned his B.S. Degree from Northern Illinois University in 1971, earned his M.B.A Degree form Texas Tech University in 1978, and has been a C.P.A. since 1974. Jon Solow, Vice-President, Corporate Finance, 60. Mr. Solow has over twenty years experience in corporate finance, investment banking, sales and operations leadership, business development, and strategic planning. As a specialist in startup and high growth companies, he has been involved in a number of successful ventures including private and public companies. Mr. Solow received a B.S. from Oberlin College (1968).
